The Document Upload Service is a done-for-you add-on that securely uploads and organizes your most important files inside the Kin Vault. Instead of sorting, scanning, and labeling everything yourself, you send us your files — and we take care of the setup.

What’s Included

• Secure upload of up to 50 documents or files to your Kin Vault

• Professional organization into clearly labeled folders

• Clean, consistent file naming for easy future access

• Quality check to ensure files are readable and properly categorized

Additional documents may be added for an extra fee.

Supported File Types

• Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX

• Images/Scans: JPG, JPEG, PNG

• Audio: MP3, WAV

• Video: MP4, MOV

(Files must meet Kin Vault size limits.)

What We Can Upload

• Identification documents (IDs, passports, birth certificates)

• Insurance policies and benefit summaries

• Wills, trusts, and estate-related documents (storage only)

• Financial statements and account summaries

• Property, vehicle, and business documents

• Medical records and emergency information

• Letters, scanned notes, and legacy paperwork

• Recorded legacy interviews (audio or video)

What We Cannot Upload

• Physical documents (must be scanned or photographed first)

• Passwords, PINs, or login credentials

• Files requiring legal, financial, or medical review

• Illegible, corrupted, or incomplete files

• Content that violates platform security or usage policies
